Kiran Virdee, bringing 24 years of valuable experience in healthcare and NHS sales, has taken on the role of Sales Lead for an innovative practice optimisation solution.
Her appointment within the Demand and Capacity Optimisation Tool (DCOT) team is expected to significantly enhance the team's ability to help GP practices improve their efficiency and patient care.

In her new role, Kiran will be instrumental in expanding the presence of this practice optimisation tool within the healthcare sector.
Ms Virdee said: “I'm thrilled to embark on this new role. Having just spent two incredibly productive days at the Best Practice Show in Birmingham, I've had the opportunity to engage with GPs, ICBs, PCNs and Practice Managers about our innovative tool. These conversations have been enlightening and have reinforced the significance our solution has in being able to address the challenges faced by primary care. I'm eager to continue these discussions with healthcare professionals across the UK, demonstrating how our demand and capacity optimisation tool can transform their practice management and ultimately improve patient care."
Max Pardo-Roques, communication specialist for DCOT added: "We are delighted to welcome Kiran to our team. Her extensive experience in healthcare sales and her profound understanding of the NHS landscape make her an ideal fit for our organisation.
